I don't know if I'm in the correct forum but here goes, I have been on workers comp for approx 14 months after injuring my back and having back surgery. Last week I had a medical emergency with my heart and went to the hospital emergency room and was admitted to the hospital. Upon admission I found out that my employer cancelled my regular health insurance. Since I am still employed by the same company, can they cancel my insurance? If anyone has any info on this I would appreciate it as the medical bill is quite steep. ThanksWhat is the name of your state?
