Our house was hit back in December, Well its been a mess. Our Home owners only covers up to $160,000 we should of had more but dit not have the money. Now its looking liek it may cost more then that to fix. Well dose any one know if its posible to go after his home owners insurance. or is there a clase because he was in his car. Whitch he dose not have enough to cover the house.

his homeowners probley does not cover any accident with the car.however if he has an umbrella policy and you sue him that should.but without an optional umbrella highly unlikely you can collect from his homeowners on a car accident
