North Carolina when me and my wife seprated she took all my personal belogings which after a year of seperation i have yet to retrieve in those things was my wallet with my insurace cards now i am recieving claims for me to sign how can i stop her from using my insurance they will not pay if i dont sign and now that it is time for divorce can she prolong it by using this situation

If she is a covered dependent on your insurance, you cannot stop her from using it. You need to remove her as a covered dependent from the policy.
