Question
What is the name of your state? kentucky
my 24 y/o son had a car accident that was deemed his fault. The vehicle he was driving was in my husbands name. My son had his own insurance on the vehicle. Now the woman who hit him is suing for personal injuries (there were none at the time of the accident). My question is: can my husband be held liable for the damages to her vehicle and could he possibly be sued?

Your husband can be sued and held liable for damages because he's the owner of the car.
