My parents just recieved a phone call from their home insurance company that told them an agent came by when they were NOT home and inspected their property. They were told that they needed to clean up their unattached garage area or be dropped at the end of the month. Is this considered trespassing?

Anyway what does their policy say about it or verification or inspections of anything related to their homeowner's insurance? What was found in their unattached garage area that might be considered hazardous (that might spread or fuel a fire, etc.)? Was the hazard clearly visible? Would the hazard mysteriously disappear if your parents were at home?
