My friend is separated from her husband and waiting on divorce to be final. She lives in Texas, he in Florida. He lost his job last week. His company told her that they will only send COBRA information to him.
Of course, he is unlikely to send the info to her due to being a jerk who has no interest in her or their children. She needs the coverage for the children. How can she get info?

If he removes her from the coverage and the company does not send her the COBRA information, she can report them to the US DOL.
