Question
I found this interesting in today's New York Times regarding Citi's shareholder meeting and Chuck Prince who is Citi's CEO. Might prove to be handy if you're ever having troubles with Citi:
"Some shareholders used the forum to complain about bank customer service or policies, prompting Mr. Prince to give out his e-mail address (princec@citigroup.com) and his office phone number (212-793-8854) and a customer service line (800-950-5114). "

That's interesting. I for one have always been pleased with the service I've received on Citi credit cards it's when I've had questions/issues with my Citi savings, money market, or checking account that I've gotten less than stellar off-shore call center reps.

Answer
Mr. Prince, CEO of Citi, gave out contact info for customer service issues at C at a recent shareholder meeting. Interestingly the 800 950# is the generic# for many of the Citi MasterCard consumer credit card accounts. Which by the way has recently have been picking up right away with out phone trees. Do others find this as well? Or is it just because I am a good customer. :-)
