Question
I've tried a search on this and couldn't find anything on this forum.... so here's my question.
I currently use a GM Card, Northwest World Perks, and a Hilton Card. I've got more points that I know what to do with at NW and Hiltons and am looking to replace the GM card with something better because GM is now putting limits on the amount of a rebate you can get when you buy a car.
Once upon a time, the GM rebate was calculated as 5 percent of what you spent, with some matches possible if you did certain things and there was no limit on the amount of rebate you could earn or how much you could use when you bought a card.
I'm thinking about getting the Amex Blue Card -- I already belong to the NW World Club and rarely fly with anyone else, so the Amex Pt card isn't appropriate right now.
Any thoughts on whether the Amex Card provides better rebates or is there something even better out there?

AmEx blue CASH is a great 1 1/2% cash back card. Also, try Fidelity Cash Credit Card at 1 1/2% back.
