Apologies if this has been covered but I couldn't find a discussion about it. Can you get BOTH a Citi AA Amex card and an AA MC card signup bonus miles? The reason I ask is that I just got two separate offers in the mail - one for each card. Both are offering the 20,000 bonus miles if I get the card. So if I sign up for one, does that affect the bonus mile offer on the other? Seems an easy way to score 40,000 miles - unless there's a catch. Thanks very much for any help! :D

Yes, you can get both. Be sure you're doing a free the first year offer. Oh, and get the AA Business Mastercard free the first year as well...

Wow thanks for the quick reply. Yep they're both free-for-the-first year offers, so I'll be sure to cancel them in 12 months! ;) It seemed too easy to score two separate 20,000 mile offers for the same program, so I was convincing myself that there must be a catch. I haven't received any offer for the AA Business Mastercard - is that something I just have to wait for? Thanks again!:D

Is there a link to a 20k bonus offer for the Citi AAdvantage amex card? I can only find a 15k offer.

I've only seen the link to 15K for Citi Amex as well.
Also, there are two offers making the rounds now -- one where you have to spend $750 before you get the miles, one where you have to spend $250. If you look around, you can find the link to $250 (I saw it on a post somewhere on FT but I can't remember where)

All miles count towards lifetime status. That's the great thing about AA.
This is the reason I'm well on my way to 2MM, with 1MM happening in the next 2 or 3 days. ^
