Question
Just called to cancel my Citi card that I just got my 20k bonus on in January. I was routed to a supervisor that proceeded to try and keep my account. His first offer was 1000 miles. I said no, but I would stay for 20k. He then offered me one of the worthless BOGO Certificate. I again told him no. Then he offered me $50 cash credit on the card. I asked if there was any commitments for this, he said no. Do, it looks like I will keep this card one more month to spend my $50 on dinner out on Citi.
