AMEX Starwood or AMEX AA card is one better?

Question
I primarliy want to collect AA miles. I have a choice of going with the Starwood AMEX or the AA AMEX is one better over the other? With Starwood I think you get a bonus when you transfer over so many miles to AA. Does this make it a better card to carry? Right now AA will give 15,000 bonus miles and Starwood will give 10,000.

Answer
starwood amex is issued by amex, and you can transfer starwood points > AA miles (and tons of other airlines) at 1:1.25 ratio (plus you have option of hotel stays)
AA card is issued by citibank, not amex. while it only earns AA miles (obviously) the amex version does have access to entre, which has some various benefits/discounts/etc.
im pretty sure the AA fee is higher than starwood ($30 for starwood) so thats another consideration.

Answer
Which one is better? AMEX Starwood card and AMEX Starwood biz card?
My friend told me if I apply a biz card. After financial review, there is no"close by issuer" on the personal report. Because biz card would not appear in personal report at all.

Yes, this could be a bonus if you do a lot of charges every month and you have thin credit history. It wouldn't depress your credit score. The card would show if you have the account is in default though.
Also, you waive some consumer protections when using a biz card. It's harder to dispute a charge supposedly, etc.
