Shared Miles/Points Cards

Question
Besides the AMEX (Membership Rewards), does anyone know of a Business Credit card that allows for shared points accrual and usage? Meaning, four people with the same business credit card can use the card to accrue miles/points. The points are put into a common account instead of being deposited into a single account of one of the users. Then, when we want to use them, we can determine which of the four users gets to use the miles/points. I know AMEX does this...are there any Visa/MC cards that do this? Thanks...

Answer
MC
-diners club rewards (like membership rewards)
-citi thank you points (proprietary)

The comparison is slightly out of date, Amex now has 15 airline partners.
To be sure there is no misunderstanding, Diners Club in North America is now a Mastercard, acceptance is universal. However, I see that your primary airlines are CO and UA. These carriers no longer participate in Club Rewards, but Marriott does.
