This is regarding the timing of the bonus miles posting to Aadvantage account for Citi Business Cards. My experience with Citi Personal Aadvantage cards is, the bonus and the earned miles for the statement period post on the same day in Aadvantage account. This usually happens on the second or third business day after the statement is closed.
My business card statement closed on 02/21, and the earned miles were posted to AA account on 02/23. But the bonus miles have not posted yet. My Citi Bank account statement shows that 20,000 + earned miles were sent to AA for posting.
Is this common for business accounts or should I be concerned about bonus miles.
I have an award reservation on hold till 09 March, and need this bonus miles posting to claim the award.
