I've been a TYP member since November 2006 and have not received a correct accounting in the last 4 statements. Last month missing flights points and since November no Valuemag bonus points. Are others having crediting problems, and if so who and where to you go to get them corrected??

for flight points, call your card's customer service. they'll give you a fax number to fax your boarding passes, receipt showing purchase made with the card, etc. You will also want to include your credit card statement reference number. This is the fax number I was given, though I'm not sure it's still valid: 859-283-7709.
not sure on the merchant bonuses. others have mentioned there is no good way to track them and I have felt it is not worth my time to follow up.

The TY T&C say:
All ThankYou Points earned as a result of qualifying purchases for the Shopping Benefit will be posted to your ThankYou Member Account between 45 and 90 days of notice from a Participating Retailer to Vesdia of your qualifying purchases. If you believe that ThankYou Points have not been properly posted to your ThankYou Member Account, then you must inform the ThankYou Service Center within one year of the qualified transaction for which you are claiming that points should have been posted and be able to provide proof of such transaction acceptable to ThankYou Network.
