The problem is there is a annual fee of $60. So I don't think its a good deal.

You are right... thats not a good deal... If you do a search and you want this card you can find 21K to 25K and no annual fee...
Now if only they had a 0% BT offer out there!

There is nothing on this page about being a "business card." That's odd. Don't you think they would want to know SOMETHING about the business. Also, under terms and conditions, there is nothing about one time use only. In fact, it doesn't mention miles bonus at all. Where did you get the link?

I think the short answer is not any more. The general trend is to get the business + personal cards and cancel them and wait 3-6 months again. One another stratergy which may or may not work is get the card with a new FF number and then try to merge them.

You can get the biz card and miles if its the first time you've had the biz card... even if you current have or had the personal card.

Are you certain about this? I phoned Chase shortly after Christmas and was told that bonus miles could not be earned on the Business card if I already earned the bonus miles on the personal card. The rep. indicated that the only possibility was to upgrade or open a Gold account.

I got 2 UA Biz card offers in a single day - both pre-approved. They have some serious data crunching improvement opportunities. Exact same offer on both 16K miles and 1st yr fee waiver. I already have the UA consumer card (really low activity since I got a 1st yr fee waiver and have it just for the bonus miles. Will be cancelling before the fee comes due)
