Citi/Chase--What do they consider supermarkets/grocery?

Question
Since a lot of cards issued by Citi (Premierpass Elite, Dividend Rewards, etc.) and Chase (Freedom, Chase Rewards Plus, etc.) offer bonuses for using their cards at grocery stores and supermarkets, I thought it might be helpful to create a list of which places count under each category for these two card issuers.
Chase:
Super-WALMART (yes)
Myer (yes)
Super-Target (??)
Kroger Marketplace (yes)
Giant Eagle (yes)
others--??
Citi:
Super-WALMART (??)
