yes. i think visa signature uses les concierge. dont remember for sure.

Les Concierges is incompetent, in my experience. I have made several requests in the past -- they'd always tell me they need a day or two, but in the end, I'd never hear back from them.

I believe it depends on the card issuer. Some use a different service from what Visa uses. Others use whatever Visa uses.
