I just want to caution others that there's a glitch in continental.com. If you enter one of your traveling parties as a child when searching for fares, you will not get the 5% off using your Chase Mastercard -- even when there's no child's discount on the routing.
I've been arguing with Continental for over a month about an itinerary I booked. They keep telling me that I'm not entitled to a discount because my children are on a "child's fare," and you can't get two discounts on the same itinerary. But they're not getting a "child's fare" -- it's the same as the adult fare. I did put them in as children, though, when I did the search, in case there were children's fares in the market.
