Will this show up on my credit as a positive or negative? And will it show the credit limit?

You should remember that if you max your card one month and pay it off the next, for cards with no reported limit, this will now be shown as the limit for that card.

Generally business cards do not show up. I'm not sure about Premier Business (you mean PremierPass Business?), but the Citi AA Business card does not show up for me.
