Hope this saves a few phone calls -
Just got off the phone with Citibank, who transferred me over to AA. Normally, miles are sent from Citi to AA the Monday after the monthly close date. According to Citi, they did this. According to AA, its a big delay on the part of Citi that effects over 250,000 customers. a 2 week delay is expected by AA for miles to post.
Wouldn't have bothered me, except that normally, miles from my Citi cards have posted pretty darn quickly. This seems to only affect my business card account.

fwiw, this past Sep/Oct I was closely tracking the posting of my Citi Biz AA miles (as my initial request to expedite offered and submitted by Citibank was denied by AA - new policy per AA)
The new miles appeared as expected on the Monday post close.

Still waiting for my NOV miles
Closing date is NOV 13, normally post by no later than nOv 17, but as of today still nothing
They are saying maybe 4-6 weeks to post

My account closed 12/08 and miles posted on AA on 12/08!! Very fast and no delay!

Seems like the problem is only with NOv postings due to a computer upgrade that they had a few weeks ago
