Question
Are the only free cards from AA, UA, DL and US?
Answer
SW - Air Namibia does not have any agreements with anyone to issue credit cards in the US or anywhere else.

Haw, haw.
The Southwest board has plenty of info regarding the ChoicePrivileges card (fee free) that earns points which can be converted into WN credits. Over the summer, there was a great sign-up bonus that earned you most of a free WN ticket (I signed up!), but that promo has ended. I don't know if the "routine" accumulation and conversion is advantageous.
Answer
The MBNA Amtrak card is free and will allow you to convert your points to CO. That sounds like it will be your best bet. ^
Answer
For NW there's the visa card for free, but you earn 1 miles / $2, or you can get the signature or platinum first year free. All of them are issued by US Bank.
Answer
Take a look at the Free Cards page of the Credit Card section of my website below.

There's an offer for the regular NW Signature Visa with first year fee waived. 1 mile per $1. Also came with 15k bonus miles, plus an extra 2.5k if you have an additional cardholder on the application. Application by phone only. I got it this summer. Check the NW forum.

I don't see anything about this in the WorldPerks forum (heading Airline Programs; subheading Northwest WorldPerks, right?) and NWA.com doesn't seem to offer anything with a year waived fee.
Any hints where I might find what you describe?
Thanks!

Sorry I was not more helpful. The offer is at this link:

I guess I forgot that someone had trouble getting this, so the offer may have expired. I only just got the card in May or June though.
