Best AAdvantage Credit Card in the world

Question
Well, I am trying to find the best AAdvantage credit card in the world as that of being the one that gives you more miles for every USD you spend and giving you the most miles when you apply for it while charging the lowest anual fee.
Currently, my Citi AAdvantage Gold Credit Card issued in Mexico by Banamex, which is a member of Citigroup, gave me 25,000 miles when I applied for it 3 months ago. I was not charged for the first year fee. Also, it gets me 1.5 miles for every 1 USD I spend normally (1.5 miles per 1 USD spent is the standard for the card). Currently, there is a promotion, and during october, november and december, you will get 2 AAdvantage miles for every 1 USD you spend with the card. Now, if you buy American Airlines tickets, you normally get 2 miles for every 1 USD you spend (standard), although with the promotion, you get 3 miles for every 1 USD you spend on American Airlines tickets. The card charges you around 70 USD as an anual fee.
(The card bills you in Mexican pesos and the amounts are its equivalent to USD as stated in the Citigroup website).

Answer
Wow, I want to get an account in Mexico, that's better earning than the US card I have. Do all cards in Mexico have the 69 years 11 months age maximum?

Answer
I assume you are paying an additional 2% for charges in dollars that they convert to pesos.

Actualy, I usualy use my card for American Airlines tickets and get billed in Mexican Pesos for them at the exchange rate and save that 2%. As I lived in Europe this last year but plan to return to Mexico to work, I will start using it a lot. In Europe I use another kind of card (european) and is not the Citibank AAdvantage. I also have an american credit card to use while in the USA, but it is a cash back no anual fee.
To answer your question, yes, you are subject to that extra charges when using it outside Mexico.

I think so. some of them even go as far as 65 as the maximum age to apply for one.

Is this just a Mexico thing? I hadn't heard of it before and if it's true in the US also I'm going to have some major issues very soon.

Answer
You will not have a problem if you got the card before you turned that age. What they are asking is if they can apply for a new credit card when they have passed that age. So, if you have your credit cards already, you are fine.
