The Chairman Card is currently unavailable.
On Lounge Access...
Even if it was available, it comes with Priority Pass Lounge access. AA is not a big participant in Priority Pass. DL/CO/NW are big participants and you can usually get into their lounges (with a few exceptions at hubs). However, Priority Pass will not help you with AA lounge access.
Your best bet is to buy an AA membership.
On Points/Miles...
If you always travel on AA, then the Citibank AA card is good. Howevever, the Starwood Preferred Guest AMEX will give you more AA miles per $.
Citi Premier Pass will allow you to earn points faster (which can be used for flights.) However, those points cannot be transferred to AA.

But you can use those points to get an AA ticket on which you will earn miles and EQM's....and they are upgradeable with AA miles....and only 25,000pts = a ticket in domestic US with 14 day purchase and a Sat night stay...gauranteed....
Get the premier pass -- it is a win-win card...
With priority pass - you get access to THE CLUB at DFW in Terminal D -- I think this is the best lounge in all of DFW...
Answer
I went ahead and applied for priority.
Are they good at giving a big line of credit? I charge 50k a month sometimes and im hoping that they will give me atleast half. I can pay the other half in the middle of the month.
with the chairman card do you get AA lounge access?
