Help Is Greatly appreciated. Which CITI?

Question
Guys my main supplier I charge 10k a week on does not take amex. I use a platinum and charge about 10 a month on it. Id love to get that extra 30k miles or rewards on it.
From reading CITI cards are the best non amex card around. Since the chairmen is not available for the time being what card should I get and when the new chairmen comes out I can upgrade?
Whats important.
*Charge card is good with high balance (like amex did, can you show your last 6 months bank statement to increase the credit?)
*I fly to europe alot so miles are great.
*is 1 point 1 mile on CITI cards, like amex?
*I dont need cash back cards since I get 5% from my supplier every month, nice little bonus ;)
*To post my limit and payment activity on my credit report (amex does not due this for some strange reason unless you dont pay it, which I pay it :/
All help is greatly appreciated!!

Answer
Diners Club Mastercard charge card is the Citibank product equivalent to American Express charge cards.

Like American Express, Diners Club currently does not report to credit bureaux if payment is satisfactory.

THanks for the reply.
But is this a visa or mastercard or is this its own card? If its not V or MC my supplier wont take it.
O yea i forgot to mention i like lounge access and travel benefits ;)

Answer
Diners Club cards issued in the USA (and Canada) are Mastercards. I suggest you look at the links provided in my previous reply.
Diners Club could be an excellent companion to your American Express Platinum Card because Club Rewards points can be transferred to miles on most of the same carriers plus several that Membership Rewards does not offer, and Diners hotel point transfers are superior. Diners Club does provide airport lounge access, primarily in other countries. There are only two USA locations, MIA and EWR, but with the Platinum Card you may have adequate domestic coverage.
