Does anyone know how one can apply for a French credit card with their special pins and chips to use in after hours gas, merchants? This is without a french address.

as long as u have a bank account in france, u can apply for a card..

what if I dont have bank account, is there any cards that will work,
so that i can buy gas at midnite?
also why such a stupid system? even in italy many machines take bills?
