i noticed my citi AA card had some info about their Concierge service.
how is this diff. than the chairmans card Concierge?

I think that Citibank uses the same concierge company for all their cards...just different levels of service depending on which card you have...
they might have internal limits as to what they will do for an AAVantage card holder vs a chairman card holder...

They both use VIP Desk for concierge services. I do not know the difference in service levels. I know that Chairman services will bend over backwards for you and then some. Does anyone have experience with Citi AAdvantage concierge services?

I tried it once a long time ago, I wanted a tickets to something. Don't remember it to be very useful, but maybe it's better now.
