Buy something that will appreciate in value for roughly the cost of your mortgage each month. Hold on to it for some period of time before selling it on ebay or craiglist or whatever. Use the proceeds to pay the mortgage.
It's foolproof. Unfortunately I am still looking for something that will appreciate in value that I can flip each month.
