Thanks for the replies.

I know when I checked with charging my monthly bill to UPS, they said it couldn't be done. (This was a few years ago). I'd love to get some more miles for it. :)

I use UPS to import goods from S.America. I charge approx. 70k per month. The service is airport to airport and they accept all charge cards without affecting my rate.
I don't know the situation with Fedex.

I would not give up on this one too easily. You may be sitting on a gold mine. Check back and if they still say "no" threaten to take your business to fedex or DHL...

Pretty sure Fedex lets you pay with CC with no issues without changing you rate - I've never done over 2-3k in one month on it, but I've always paid my fedex account with a credit card.
As far as UPS, I haven't found a way to pay my bill with a CC yet - although I haven't tried too hard (charges are never really high enough). You can pay for individuall waybills with a CC but they cost more than billing to my UPS account. Maybe call your account supervisor?

I have a FEDEX ground account. No real way to pay that by CC. I would like to as it would save me some paperwork. Cant pay my UPS ground bills with a card either as ar as I know.

I've been on the auto-pay credit card billing option from UPS for over a year now. They won't let you pay an individual invoice after it's been billed on net terms, but if you call and agree to be auto pay, they will accept Visa/MC (but sadly not discover).. didn't ask about amex. just call the 800# on your bill. only scary thing is that by the time you get a bill with a mistake on it, it's already been charged to your card. but I guess there are dispute priviledges then in that case.
Answer
 In 5+ years, never had a FEDEX (ground) charge that *didn't* go on the CC ~ they seemed to like it that way.
:shrugs:

Thanks for the info. It will save me anther check each week to deal with and with the bills we get a nice bunch of points by the end of the year.
