I have enough points on my credit union's Scorecard Rewards program which can be redeemed for an return airline ticket anywhere in 48 US states.
I do not plan to travel in near future. So, how much should I sell this for? And where would I find buyers? Any help would be very much appreciated.

I would suggest a street corner in a sketchy district of a major city.
But really, if you want cash, why are you bothering gathering points then trying to (quite possibly in violation of the card ToS) sell an airline ticket reward? Either use your ticket for a friend/relative, or use your points for a different reward. Sounds like you should be using a cashback card instead in the future.
