will USBank/WP Visa waive my annual fee?

Question
My annual fee on my WorldPerks Business Visa is coming up, but I just got an offer in the mail for double miles through July 31. I'd like to take advantage of the double miles for purchases offer, but if I'm going to be cancelling the card to avoid the annual fee I'm guessing I wouldn't get the double mile bonus.
Anyone had any luck calling up and threatening to cancel their card and getting USBank to waive the annual fee?
thanks...

Answer
If you call 800-360-2900 and ask for extension 6436 you can open a new card get 10K miles and no annual fee for 1st year.

Code 1062 gets you 15k and 1st year fee waived. Extra 2500 miles if you add a cardholder when applying.

thanks for these replies, but I'm a little confused. I already have a card, and the annual fee is about to hit. My question was whether there was any way to avoid the annual fee so that I could take advantage of the current double miles offer. I wouldn't think I could cancel the card and sign up for a new one tomorrow and get the bonus miles. Am I wrong about that?
And returning to my original question, has anyone had any luck getting USBank to waive the annual fee, either by threatening to cancel or some other means?
thanks...

thanks...I just called to cancel mine since I didn't use it very often. The CSR was nice but made no mention of any offers (waiver of fee or miles) to get me to stay.
