Answer
Nice find. I got the Sony visa at the end of last year and then the $100 credit this Feb. It seems like a long time ago and I didn't realize the offer is still good.
Answer
I note this card has 0% Apr for 12 month and balance transfer fee of 3% but not greater than $75. Can anyone tell me if I flip my car loan at 7% to this card if that would be considered a balance transfer and cost me $75 (one time?) or if this would be considered a cash advance at 23.99%? Thanks.
Answer
There are a number of cards that are better than this one for this purpose. Check out citicards.com. Most of their deals are at 0% for 12 months with no transfer fee. You can have them make out the "balance transfer" check to yourself. I do this to arbitrage the money into money market accounts.
Answer
Thanks--I found the CITI At&T Universal Rewards card after posting this and will probably use it since there's no balance transfer fee and $100 gift card for opening.
