They are slow! I made level 3. It is up to you to call once you reach level 3 status and request it. Takes 2-3 weeks from tht point. For me they gave me wrong info on the phone telling me to wait for the award catalog and pack. You need to call and request the AC membership to Delta or AA and you dont need the catalog pack for that.

Delta Crown Room membership is the other lounge that you can request (not both Delta and AA) when you reach level 3. However, I have heard that Delta's Admiral Clubs are quite nice though. ;)

it took about one month for the AA status match and the access to the club room. my status expired one year after my application date.
