Plus/Star vs Jeanie/Cirrus/Pulse

Question
I have a Visa branded debit card that is accepted at overseas ATM's on the PLUS or STAR Networks. I am changing banks and the new bank sent me a Mastercard debit card accepted at JEANIE, CIRRUS and PULSE ATM's. For travel overseas, is one better than the other? Most of my travel is in Europe, but I will be in China this fall. Is one better than the other in China?

In big city, for example: Shanghai, Beijing, Hongkong, Guangzhou, Shenzhen etc. That is no problem. Because 99% ATM accept VISA, VISA electron, PLUS, Mastercard, Maestro, Cirrus and no additional fee. But the max amount is 5000CNY or 6000CNY/per day. And 1500CNY - 2000 CNY each time

Thanks. I figured that they were likely about the same.
To avoid low limits my wife and I each carry a card on a different account. Our bank OKs each card for $2,000 per day. Only once did we ever take anything near that.
