I sent a letter to MasterCard Germany and asked about banks issuing the World Signia Card.
Got the very helpfulk answer that the dont know it :confused: :td:
Great support, they offer a card and dont know where to get a it.

This is tricky
Some Banks issue the World Signia as World Signia , others paint it Black and call it MasterCard BLACK (DB) or HVB Premium Card. Fee is in the Range between 600 and 800 €
