Question
I have had NOTHING but trouble in trying to have my Juniper Master Card points transferred over to the Gold Crown card. For over two months, Juniper has told me that the points will be sent and they aren't! I'm missing 10, 000 points! To top it off, no one seems concerned. One person I talked to even suggested that I cancel my card! I really can't believe how poorly my problem has been handled. Has anyone else had any problems? Any suggestions for any actions I could take? I am trying to book a hotel in Oslo and BW seemed to be the only program w/ ties there that was affiliated w/ a credit card. I'd take any advice. And, I offer this advice. STAY AWAY FROM JUNIPER AND IT'S GOLD CROWN PROGRAM!!
