Is there anyone who got the offer to upgrade the MP Visa to Platinum Visa last summer?
I did not keep the promo literature, but wrote down a list of things I was to receive....and checked them off as they arrived. My question does not deal with the various bonus points and miles, but the various paper certs.
On the anniversary date, we will receive a free companion-ticket cert. So, that is still to come.
But I also wrote down that I was to get a $25 off cert and a 1000-mile upgrade cert. I have called several times, and each time the staff apologized and said they would mail the two certs to me. Calling yesterday, the staff member saw the notes in my record documenting my previous calls. However, when he checked further, he said that the upgrade offer did NOT include the two certs.
Can anyone verify?
