What's happening to people who have Travelocity/Citibankd World Mastercard after 3/1?

Question
What's happening to people who have Travelocity/Citibankd World Mastercard after 3/1?
Is it being converted to another Citibank credit card or something? If so, would it affect the Travelocity certificates that I redeemed prior to 2/28 deadline?
Thanks!

Answer
Here is the reply I received reference my certificates.
"Thank you for writing to Travelocity.
First and foremost, we want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustrations you
experienced in redeeming your Travelocity MasterCard certificates. We already have your paperwork on file and will be processing it as soon as we can. You just have to understand how busy we are due to the discontinuation and everyone is calling in and sending emails. Also, there is only one person
who is redeeming the certificates in the entire US (SAT). But please be assure that we are working
on these requests as fast as we can, and we will get to yours very soon. Also, eventhough it wasn't
redeemed by 2/28/06, I will still be able to manually process the credits directly with Citibank. So again, your certificate will be processed and the credit will appear on your next 1-2 billing
cycles."
I did not receive a response to my question requarding a future Travelocity product. They are probably under a restricion from their prior agreement as to providing a answer to that question.

Answer
I was able to spend all of my certificates. In fact, the Travelocity Redemption rep was really helpful. He even
found out that I had other unused certificates. In the end,
I had five $100 certificates. He patiently booked one
flight and two hotel stays for me. The total, including all
taxes/feess came to $529. I paid the $29 with my credit
card, and the rest with the $500 in certificates.
The rep was extremely courteous and helpful. He assured
me that the $500 will be credited to my Travelocity credit
card in 3 to 5 days. That's how it worked... you buy $100
in trave and redeem one $100 certificate, then they credit
your credit card account with the $100.
All the $500 were properly credited to my accuount as of
yesterday morning.
While I'm not happy about them ending the program, I'm
very impressed by how well they treated customers who
had certificates to burn.
