Should I keep my UA MP Visa?

Question
I'm thinking no :D.
My situation...
I no longer fly UA very much. My last several flights were on award tickets to Hawaii funded mostly by double points spending and transfers from Diner's Club. I'm almost exclusively on CO these days.
My card is up for renewal and I can't think of a good reason to pay the $60 fee to keep it.
I haven't used it in ages
I can no longer transfer from Diner's to UA
I've switched the bulk of my spending back to Amex for MR
I've taken out a CO Mastercard for the discounts & points
I have enough miles to redeem for a interisland ticket in Hawaii and the UA account will be empty.
I'm ready to call and cancel. Have I missed something?

Answer
Sounds like a waste of $60. You can always get another one if you decide to switch back to UA, and you'll get bonus points for getting a new one.
When you cancel they will probably offer you a fee-free option or two, if you want to keep one. If you have Amex and are hoarding MR points, though, probably only worth it if you have no other cards at all. Chase has a cash rewards card that you could go to. Also some kind of free rewards (I forget what it is now, used to be Flexible Rewards when it was Bank One, but it may have changed in the changeover to Chase). Or a free UA card that only earns at 1 mile per $2 spent. The card issuers do any number of things to keep you as a customer assuming you pay on time, etc. They hate closing accounts.

I have done this. Got bonus points and a card without fee for one year.
