Is anyone aware of any current deals awarding miles, points, cash back, etc. for balance transfers? A 0% or low rate would be nice but I'm not that concerned with the rate since I will be paying off the transfer fairly quickly.
The only card that I am aware of offering miles for new balance transfers is the United Mileage Plus Gold, but that has an $80 annual fee and awards only one mile for every two dollars transfered.

I called Juniper about the US Air card: they said that the fee cap is $100, making it $0.01/mile. I have not found it in writing anywhere though.
