I just got the Citibank AAdvantage Platinum business MasterCard for the 20k bonus,
Has anyone figured out a way to download charges into QuickBooks. I called Citi and they said it is not supported. This is a deal killer for me and I will cancel if i cant download transactions. I will cancel as soon as my bonus miles post..
Any ideas or workarounds???

Did you even bother to open up Quickbooks? There a FI listed as "Citibank Bussiness Credit Cards" and Citi Bussiness Credit Cards" differnce is if you access your card from Citibank web page or Citicards web page. Login info is same as the web page you use. It supports direct connect and even has charges broken down by users.

I have tried in QB, i can log onto citibusinesscreditcards.com w/ my user name and password but not through QB Citi does not even have a direct download option from the above page.
The options within QB Pro 04 are
Citi Business Card
Citi Cards
CitiBusinessCreditCard
CitiBusiness Web Connect
Which one were you able to get to work.
