Question
Hi Everybody.
This is my 1st post here.
I have been dumb and for the last couple of years have been using a credit card with no rewards whatsoever, its a citicard.
I would like to get a cc now that will give me rewards, specially flyer miles. Should I just get another of the citicards? What's the best mileage cc program? Should I go with one of the ones i recive on the mail every month, southwest, alaska, united, american???
I really apprciate your help.
Thanks

Welcome to FT
Give us more information -- what are your travel patterns? Do you want a travel card vs another type of reward (I assume travel since this is FlyerTalk!)
There are lots of rewards programmes out there:
Frequent flyer programmes for certain airlines
General travel cards
Hotel cards
General purpose rewards (ie. Thank You points)
Car loyalty (Lexus, Mercedes, BMW etc.)
Check out the thread above and then post any more detailed questions you might have or about a card in particular
Answer
I look at at it this way. Almost any card that has no fee, gives miles/points, especially a large sign up bonus is a good deal. Just find the one that fits your spending the best.

The problems are not with the credit cards, although indirectly they are, but with the airlines. USAir is one of the worst they black out entire months to some sites. Look up travel to LA in march 2006. you cant travel on any day.
Most of the airline if they have available space it might be only 1 flight per day.
