What is it with AMEX and DL? I have received the same direct mail solicitation 4 times over the past week inviting me to upgrade to Plat DL Amex .... and at least 20 times this year.
In addition, at least 10 emails over the past 2 months on the same topic
What gives, what does it take to make it into the "non-responder" part of their database.
I feel like pulling a "Kramer" and collecting them all and sending them back to AMEX, or the post office!

You might be able to get better answers for this in the AMEX card forum. However, I would think if you called the promotional phone number and told them you weren't interested in the offer, they would comply.
