Question
I currently have a Citibank Platinum Visa, but I'm interested in the additional benefits that come with the Visa Signature program. I'm interested in Citibank's HHonors Visa Signature card, but I can't seem to find much information on it. Calling Citibank's Customer Service line was a waste of time - I had to pull up Visa's Web page on the Signature level to explain to her what it was.
So...
1) Does anybody know if Citibank still offers the HHonors Visa Signature Card?
2) Would I be able to transfer my current account? (I've had that card for nearly 20 years, and hate to lose a card with a stable profile on my credit report. Citibank CS was no help.)
3) Are the Signature benefits worth it?
4) Similarly, are the HHonors benefits worth it for a traveler with a quite variable travel schedule?

You can easily search for the website on any search engine.
The website is: http://www.hhonorscard.com/
1) Yes
2) Yes, but check.
3) There are alot of signature cards, so depending on your needs. This one is fee-free.
4) Depends on what you mean variable. If you stay at Hilton locations often, then yes. You can check the Hilton thread for more information.
Answer
1) I've seen that Website, bu the Citibank CS rep couldn't find the card. (I know I shouldn't take that as any type of Gospel, but yet.)
2) The CS rep said no, but I don't quite believe her. Has anybody done this with Citibank?
3) I'm talking about the Signature benefits in general - are they useful, or are they just window dressing?

I just used my Hilton Signature card's concierge service to get tickets for one of the Las Vegas Cirque Du Soiel shows. They got me better seats than I could find anywhere online.
I've also seen that Signature card gets you upgraded hotel rooms at Le Meridien and Rennasiance Hotels if you book with the card (based on availability)
You also have Lost Luggage insurance which comes with the Signature cards

1) The reason why the Citibank CS rep couldn't find it is cause the card is offered by Citibank USA, not Citibank South Dakota. I'm not sure if they have "merged" the two together, but I think they are separate entities under Citigroup.
2) You can transfer between CitiCards, but because the Citi HHonors Card is not offered through Citicards you may not be able to transfer.
3) Signature benefits are useful in general. One of the biggest benefits is the No Pre Set Spending Limit. Concierge is useful at times, and the blend of insurance is nice; but, I have not had to utilized them.
