uob has just launched this new card in hk. i thought visa infinite was being phased out? anyway does anyone know anything about the benefits of this new card?

Visa Infinite has been phased out of the United States as far as I know; however, overseas Infinite still exist and remains the top tier Visa card. Signature is now the top tier Visa card in the US.
