MBNA Redesigned NetAccess Website

Question
I have very few good things to say about MBNA in general and think they are an overall poorly run company. That being said, I must commend them for the redesign of their online banking website and the fact that they actually show pending transactions (this has been offered since I opened my account). The redesigned website now has an offers tab and a rewards tab. I currently have an MBNA Rewards American Express card and have kept track in a spreadsheet of all of my double points earning opportunities at restaurants and on travel expenses. The redesigned website under the rewards tab now shows each individual transaction which has posted, the number of base points earned and the number of bonus points earned. Therefore, I know which places I frequent don't qualify for the double points promotions they are offering. Now, if other credit card companies could be so organized that would be fantastic. This is a truly amazing feature and I wish Chase or American Express would offer this especially on cards that offer bonus points for certain categories like my Hilton HHonors card, Preferred Rewards Green Card, or Chase Cash Plus card.
I think this benefit alone will make my life much easier and I can rest easier at night knowing which transactions count and which ones don't instead of getting my bill and being in for a suprise and then trying to figure out which places did not count for the bonus points. This IMHO will create a lot of goodwill for MBNA and might encourage people to use their products more frequently.

Answer
Yeah, the one thing I miss about MBNA is how you could see pending charges show up instantly on their web site. Not sure why no one else does that. And they have accurate date charged/date posted listings which for forex charges makes it easier to figure out what the exchange rate should have been (I'm a bit paranoid about this due to some bad Amex experiences). But when they went to 3% forex, I left. Too bad.

Answer
MBNA's site sill lags far behind Citicards IMO. For one i can choose to automatically pay monthly bills from Citi ( i choose to pay the full amount) which greatly simplifies my life. Also, Citi's site just looks much nicer in general.
