Back to approx. 3-4 months ago, there was a thread about calling the AA Master card 800 number for the $50. I did call and nothing happened. Is there anyone has received the credit?? Anyone one still kept the 800 numbers?

I signed my husband up & he received the credit very quickly, within 2 weeks I would guess. (No longer have the phone number.) Why don't you call Citicards customer service & talk to them about it?

even tho the original csr said i would get the $50 when i called, i didn't get it. subsequent calls said i wasn't eligible. i was instructed to mail in the postcard, which i of course didn't have.
