Question
The points balance on my most recent statement are half of what they were the month before and I no longer get double points.
I called customer service and they said that the Rewards Program has changed.
Did I lose out by not redeeming my points when I had twice as many (and earned 2 points for each dollar spent) or did the rewards in the "double rewards" program take twice as many points to redeem? In other words, I see that I now need 25,000 points for a certain round-trip ticket. Before the new rewards program did I need 50,000 points?
