Anyone with ANZ Gold/Plat Visa who can advise if it is possible to add-on additional insurance to cover car rental CDW in US? Travel insurance is a great deal with this card, but car rental coverage for $2/mth seems to be restricted to Au/NZ.
Generally, what level of CDW or other insurance is sensible for ewither a 1 day or a weekly rental?
