I read that there is a BA card offering 15K bonus miles on a www.firstusa.com website. The yearly fee is $75. Is there any card without the fee. The 15K miles are nice, but I'd rather no fee...at least even for the first year.

The Merrill+ Visa allows points to be converted to BA miles 1:1 in increments of 5,000. Annual fee = $0
Diners Club allows points to be converted to BA miles 1:1 in increments of 1,000, and there is currently a 1:1.5 promotion. Diners charges a fee for transfers, which can be paid with money or points. Annual fee = $95
Starwood American Express allows points to be converted to BA miles 1:1 with a 5,000 point bonus when transferred in increments of 20,000. Annual fee = $30 after the first year. Variable intoductory bonus for initial purchase plus stays at Starwood properties.
