I believe you call the Customer Service number on the back of your card and the CSR transfer you to your concierge.

Chase did not purchase www concierge service. I went through this several months ago. Sorry can't find the phone number at the moment, but the previous poster is correct that CSR can either connect you or provide the phone number.

Just curious, but does all World Mastercards have concierge service and are they all provided by VIP Desk? Or is it bank dependent?
What about for the Visa Signature/Infinite card?

To my knowledge, all the world cards have concierge. But, depending on what the financial institution purchases, the features available vary.
I carry a Merrill+ card just for the concierge alone.

Even some non-World/Signature cards offer concierge service, e.g. MBNA WorldPoints Platinum.
